DLP25 hard-wired CNC touch probe supports workpiece setup and contact measurement through a 5 m oil-resistant cable. It features repeatability below 1 μm (2σ) under specified test conditions, an SUS 316 housing, IP68 sealing and ±X, ±Y, ±Z triggering.

DLP25 is a compact hard-wired CNC touch probe designed for workpiece setup, datum setting and contact measurement on CNC machine tools. Unlike optical or radio probing systems, its trigger signal is transmitted through a cable, making it suitable for installations where a wired connection can be routed safely and protected from machine movement.

The probe is specified with repeatability below 1 μm (2σ), measured using a 50 mm stylus at probing speeds of 50–200 mm/min. It supports ±X, ±Y and ±Z triggering, with an XY trigger force of 0.5–0.9 N and a Z trigger force of 6.2 N. The SUS 316 stainless steel housing and IP68 sealing are intended for demanding machine-tool environments.

The published configuration specifies a 5 m oil-resistant, four-core cable. The DLP25 is intended for integration with suitable probe inputs or interface hardware and controller macros, subject to machine-specific compatibility checks. Qidu provides installation and application support for selecting and implementing the system.
