The cylindrical housing and round mounting base offer an alternative installation arrangement to rectangular tool setters, provided the machine has suitable clearance and mounting provisions.<\/p>\n<p>The DTS200S has specified repeatability below 1 \u03bcm (2\u03c3) at a probing speed of 50 mm\/min. Its published movement characteristics include a 0.7 mm pre-stroke, 8.5 mm axial stroke and 5.5 mm trigger protection distance.
